I've used this Supermac's drive-thru many times, and unfortunately, every single visit has had something missing from my order. It's especially frustrating when I'm picking up a large order for the whole family, as there's almost always a burger, chips, or sometimes even a full meal missing.

Mistakes can happen, but when it's every visit, it becomes a real issue. My advice to anyone using this drive-thru is to always double-check your order before driving away, as it's much easier to get missing items sorted before you leave.

I hope management addresses this, because it's otherwise a convenient service.

Very packed today as a coach load arrived but staff were brilliant.
There are plenty of rest room's here, plus a shop for sweets, coffee, newspapers etc. There is a fridge full of delicious doughnuts.
The food counters vary, you can have a full dinner or snack or pizza or just coffees and buns. Plenty of parking plus fuel for vehicles
